Internet Marketers Money Making Machine Tells You Where to Find Products to Sale. Alright, you've jumped through all of the hoops to determine if you have what it takes to be successful. You have the time, you have the money, you have the support, you have the back round, and you have the niche that just turns you on and that enough other people are interested in (Now you can see why so many people fail. There are so many considerations) but you still have no idea how to monitize your site. You have no idea where to go to sign up to make money. So now I am going to quickly go over several of your choices starting with Google Adsense. Now a lot has been written about Google Adsense Pro and Con. And in fact I get a check from them every month but it is not my primary monitization strategy. First off it is very capricious. Why I get one penny one click and $1.00 the next no one outside of Google knows. And if you use PPC to generate your sales, you are at risk because you have to pay upfront. But your Adsense revenue doesn't get mailed to you until about one month and half after you reach the minimum payment threshold. Also, it is easy to be banned from Google. All a competitor who doesn't want in you in the games has to do is camp on your site and click the Google Adsense buttons 100 times and you'll be banned. Now I understand Google is doing their best to protect their advertisers, but they quickly shut you down and there is little chance of appeal. Clickbank is another great place to go to sell affiliate products. Oftentimes people use a combination strategy of PPC through Google or Yahoo with a Clickbank Product. There are tens of thousands of products listed on Clickbank that you can sell for free. Just sign up as a Clickbank Associate. The big drawback here is most of the products are played as they are digitalized downloads. So by the time you get a chance to selling them the Guru Club has already swept the market with a launch blitz. The other problem is I you don't et the hop link correctly and then use a link cloaker, you'll lose most of your sales. But given enough traffic you will make money. EBAY has just changed their affiliate program. They use to be run out of Commission Junction and they have not set up their own network. But to be honest, it is so confusing I haven't figured out how to set it up so for now I have abandoned them. Amazon Associates has a great program. Again a little confusing. They need better training. But it is free, and they do the drop shipping for you. They have also now instituted a pretty nifty storefront for the affiliated to use. Amazon is well respected and free to sign up for. Forget about your own products for now. That is for the big boys who have the staff and the talent as well as the inside support. Don't fret, it really is not that dire. We are on the eve of one of the largest affiliate explosions ever. Consider this, Travel is a $5 Trillion business and over $4 Trillion is done over the internet. No I am not advocating jumping into that overly saturated, highly competitive market. Retail sales was only $204 Billion in 2007. In 2008 they are anticipating doubling that to almost $500 Billion. With the advent of online purchasing, UPS, Fed Ex, and online banking the retail internet industry is in its infancy. Everyone one wants a piece. Walmart, Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, Bed Bath and Beyond, Avon, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Shoes, building supplies, furniture, clothes, oil, car parts, flowers, swimming pools, pool tables, air hockey, sporting goods, books, education, handymen, you name it you can buy it on the internet. And the great news is all of the retailers and advertisers are looking for publishers and affiliates. The best part is you can sign up for free and you are selling name brand products. No recruiting, no pressuring your in-laws and family to buy. Below I have assembled a list of Affiliate Brokers where you can go register your website and sign up for free. You can view the commissions by advertiser and request them to approve your site. It is that simple.
